Ice Cube Web Design is the one-man operation of Tom Jenkins, a freelance web designer who lives his life split between the West Midlands and the North-West. The following is his mission.
Your website, with you at the helm
We offer fully hosted and content managed websites, meaning you can instantly update your website through your browser from anywhere, anytime. Whether you need to adjust your price list or add a new staff member profile, it's all just a few clicks away. If you just need us to host your website, we'll be more than happy to give you a quote.
Stunning websites that feel comfortable
People take just 0.05 seconds to form an opinion of a website. If they don’t like what they see, they won’t stay. That’s why we create websites that are extremely easy on the eye and draw visitors in. Our approach to usability and easy navigation means users feel comfortable and at home using a site. Chances are, no matter how pretty a website is, if it's hard to use, the customer has already left.
Everyone web, everywhere web
At least 5% of the UK's population have a disability or long term illness which limits their daily activities. Many websites aren’t usable by these people, purely because they are badly designed.
We go the extra mile to make sure everyone is able to enjoy your site: we test in all major browsers, and add enhancements for mobile devices and test our sites work well with assistive technologies such as screen readers. Part of this is designing sites according to the W3C standards. As a result, wherever someone is, and whatever their personal situation, they can have easy access to the information they need on your website.
